Lymphadenopathy is a common clinical manifestation which requires rapid and accurate diagnosis. Fine Needle Aspiration Biopsy (FNAB) used as an initial direct diagnosis in cases of lymphadenopathy, confirmatory colli lymphadenopathy carried out by histopathological examination. The purpose this study was to determine the value FNAB diagnostic test for against gold standard histopathology Paraffin Blok benign malignant examination data Colli obtained at RSPAL has never been studied before. This type research observational descriptive taking medical record (SIM-RS) patients with region who were examined Anatomical Pathology Laboratory Installation, dr. Ramelan Surabaya period January 2019 – March 2022. sample selected using total sampling method, many 66 samples that met inclusion criteria. results then matched data. Furthermore, processed 2x2 crosstabulation tests sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative accuracy. showed accuracy 86.56%, sensitivity 80.48%, specificity 96.15%, 97.05%, 75.75%. In general, it can be stated screening tool easy, fast, relatively affordable applicable helping establish lymphadenopathy.
